  • Led multi-agency delegations to international conventions on environment, health, and disaster management

  • Joined the Federal Civil Service as a Pupil Scientific Officer (13th December, 1979)
  • Director, Chemicals & Climate Change, Department of Public Health, Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria.
  • Served as The Honourable Commissioner for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs, Abia State (2003–2005)

  • Led Nigerian delegations to several UN conventions including SAICM, Biological & Chemical Weapons Conventions
